Every carrier we work with is assigned a recruiter, or recruiters (depending on volume), who works exclusively to hire drivers for you. Each recruiter has been trained on our proven sales cadence process and has achieved results of at least 15 hires in a month with a 3% or better lead to hire rate. Our team ranges from 3 months to 15 years of transportation experience, but it is the adherence to the process, metrics and KPIs each and every day, that sets our team apart.

Yes, for an additional 15% admin fee, on top of the direct cost of travel, we can help your team arrange travel via plane, bus, taxi or rental car to get the drivers to your door. We can not book rental cars for your hires though unless you have a corporate account with the rental car company. Contact us today to discuss all the possibilities.
In most cases, we work best with carriers who need 15 or more drivers every month. Our recruiter training and sales cadence is designed to build up and qualify drivers consistently. This allows us to properly focus on your needs. If you are looking for 1-2 drivers, we may still be able to help you with a non-exclusive recruiter, where we can put your opportunity into our database and if the right match comes up, sell them on your job.
We guarantee a driver will remain with you for a minimum of 30 days. If a CDLScore driver leaves your company before then, you may be eligible for a replacement, free of charge. There are exceptions depending on the reason for the separation (dedicated route is cancelled, company downsizing, etc), which will be discussed and agreed upon before we begin.
